This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Intromatic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through the PropMaster platform accessible at propmaster.intromatic.ai and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). PropMaster is a product name and brand operated by Intromatic; it is not a separately registered business entity.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register for an account.
- Contact & demo requests: name, email, company name, phone number, and any message content submitted through our contact or demo-request forms.
- Payment information: if applicable, billing details processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- User-generated content: saved properties, analysis configurations, notes, photo requests, and other content you create within the platform.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, click patterns, and interaction timestamps.
- Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Cookies & tracking technologies: we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to analyze usage, remember preferences, and improve the Service. See Section 7 for details.
- Log data: server logs that record requests, referring URLs, and error diagnostics.
1.3 Information From Third-Party Sources
The Service aggregates publicly available real estate data, including but not limited to:
- County tax-deed, tax-lien, and foreclosure auction records from government sources.
- Property record cards, assessed values, transfer histories, and zoning information from county assessor websites and public records databases.
- Market and economic indicators sourced from publicly available datasets (e.g., home-value indices, census data, population statistics).
- Local and regional news content sourced via news aggregation APIs.
This third-party data is publicly available information and is collected and processed for the purpose of providing market intelligence. We do not purchase private consumer data from data brokers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process your account registration, authentication, and access control.
- Generate AI-powered investment analyses and opportunity scores based on aggregated public data.
- Personalize your experience, including saved properties, alerts, and recommended markets.
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and customer support communications.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets) and, with your consent, marketing communications.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).
Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and research.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

8.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
8.2 European Economic Area, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are outlined in Section 3.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
12. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate investment analyses, opportunity scores, and other insights. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
